We are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our Litigation practice.

You will work as part of an established team with extensive experience in contract disputes, collections, disability insurance claims, employment and wrongful dismissal, estate litigation, injunctions, insurance disputes, lien disputes, personal injury, easement and other real property disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes.
This position requires a high level of professionalism as well as experience in conflict resolution, mixed with empathy for our clients during potentially highly emotional proceedings.
Your Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of a provincial bar society and/or eligible for membership in the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in Litigation.
- Well-developed communication, advocacy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven development of strong client relationships and ability to attract new clients.
- A high degree of professionalism and a collaborative spirit are required.
