We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. 

This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Elmsdale office. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients and staff. 

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
